Mindful Leader Circle
a therapeutic space to share the experiences and challenges we face as leaders of businesses and teams. In this group, you will gain knowledge of mindful practices that deepen leadership capacity as well as internal and external awareness.
Across eight 90-minute sessions, we will collaborate in cultivating your leadership philosophy, examine the elements of power culture, learn to work with biases, and establish a community for ongoing support. Over time, you will come to recognize your trauma triggers in order to better cope, recover, and extend empathy towards others as you evolve into a more mindful leader.
-1- The Opening
Learn the key mindfulness practices we will use throughout our time together. Meet your leadership circle and engage in the first open floor session.
-2- Contemplative INquiry
Turn to curiosity and wonder to build awareness through contemplative inquiry with ancient lessons in mindfulness. Lean on others in the leader circle to expand your perspective.
-3- Working with Negative Emotions
Begin to befriend negative emotions through acceptance as we challenge ourselves to recognize and face the important role they play in our lives.
-4- Communication & Boundaries
Uncover your core communication style and expand your understanding of how to recognize, set, and adhere to personal boundaries.
Week Off to Rest and Integrate
-5- Power Culture
Unveil the elements of power culture and reflect on the parts of ourselves that contribute to detrimental power dynamics in relationships.
-6- Leadership Values
Re-evaluate existing, and cultivate new, values that define your evolution as a mindful leader. Rely on your leadership circle for honest observations on how to align behaviors to your values.
-7- Leadership Philosophy
Integrate lessons learned throughout our time together to craft your personal leadership philosophy using a practical and shareable format.

Demonstrate your leadership in a mindful knowledge exchange. Leave with a supportive community and resources to empower your continued growth.
